INVITATION TO BID

PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS FOR CONSTRUCTION SUPPLY
BARANGAY TAMION,DAPITAN CITY

IB NO. N-05-31-2023-001

BARANGAY TAMION intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED EIGTHY THREE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIVE PESOS AND TWENTY FIVE CENTAVOS (P 183,905.25) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for payment of CONSTRUCTION SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS_under PR No. 05-31-2023-001 dateD MAY 31, 2023. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The BARANGAY TAMION now invites duly licensed bidders to bid for the procurement of the above-captioned package. Delivery of the goods is required by thirty (10) working days. Eligible bidders are those who have renewed their Mayor’s Permit, DTI Registration, PhilGEPS Certificate and Income/Business Tax Return. Bidder should also submit Omnibus Sworn Statement.

Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA 5183 and subject to Commonwealth Act 138.

The “Request for Quotation of Prices” may be given to interested bidders on JUNE 01, 2023 from the address below.

Interested bidders may obtain further information from BAC CHAIRMAN BARANGAY TAMION, Dapitan City at the address given below during office hours Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Bids must be returned in a sealed envelope at the address below on a working day within office hours on or before JUNE 09,2023 at 4:00 P.M. (BARANGAY TAMION Office Clock). Late bids shall not be accepted.

The BARANGAY TAMION reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, to annul the bidding process, to reject all Bids and may not award the contract without incurring any liability and make no assurance that a contract shall be entered into as a result of the bidding when the funds for the program/project activity has been withheld or reduced through no fault of our barangay tamion, at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
