INVITATION TO BID

The Provincial Government of Negros Occidental through its Bids and Awards Committee [BAC] invites interested bidders to apply for eligibility and to bid, for the following:
NAME OF PROJECT Supply & Delivery of Various Printing Services for GOV
Location Province of Negros Occidental
Approved Budget for the Contract [ABC] Lot 1 P150,295.00
Source of Fund General Fund
Project Duration Thirty(30) days from Receipt of NOA/NTP

All particulars relative to Bid Documents, Bid Security, Performance Security, Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of the Implementing Rules (IRR) & Regulations of Republic Act (R.A.) 12009.

Prospective bidders must have completed a single largest contract that is similar to the contract to be bid within the last (5) years [i.e 2020-present]p[ with an amount of at least 50% of the Approved Budget for the Contract [ABC] of the proposed contract to be bid.

Detailed Evaluation of Bids and Post Qualification September 3 - 5, 2025 8:00am-5:00 pm, PAC, Bacolod City

The Bid Documents may be obtained from the Bids and Awards Committee Secretariat, Provincial Administration Center Bldg., Aguinaldo St., Bacolod City upon payment of non-refundable fee of P500.00

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules (IRR) & Regulations of Republic Act (R.A.) 12009, or the New Government Procurement Act. Prospective bidders must carefully read the “Instruction to Bidders” and comply the requirements stated therein.

The head of the Procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
