Details:

1. The Philippine Coconut Authority Region XIV- Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM), through intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Sixty Six Thousand and Nine Hundred Twelve Pesos (Php 307,500.00) being the Approved Budget Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Various Information, Communication and Technology (ICT) Supplies and Equipment under Coconut Hybridization Program (CHP) CY 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Philippine Coconut Authority Region XIV-BARMM now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 days upon the receipt of Purchase Order.

3. Attach a certified true copy of the following documents with your Quotation:
a. PhilGEPS Registration Number and Annex A
b. Valid and current Mayor's/Business Permit
c. Latest Income/Business Tax Return (for ABC’s above Php 500K)
