INVITATION TO BID

The Local Government Unit of Bambang, through the 20% DF 2024 of Barangay San Leonardo, Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya, intends to apply the sum of NINETY-NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY-TWO PESOS AND 40/100 (₱99,982.40) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Project “Improvement/Continuation of Evacuation Center, Phase 3, San Leonardo, Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The LGU now invites bids for the Project “Improvement/Continuation of Evacuation Center, Phase 3, San Leonardo, Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya”. Completion of the Works is required within nine (9) calendar days after the issuance of the Notice of Award. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”

Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least seventy-five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.

Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Local Government of Bambang and inspect the Bidding Documents from the BAC Secretariat during office hours from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders July 19, 2024, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (₱500.00) to the Municipal Treasurer’s Office. They may also inspect the Bidding Documents and obtain additional information

The Local Government Unit will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on July 30, 2024 at 2:00 PM, at Municipal Engineering Office, Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya which shall be open to all interested parties who have purchased the Bidding Documents.

Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat on or before August 13, 2024 at 2:00 PM. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18.

Bid opening will be on August 13, 2024 at 2:00 PM at the above-mentioned address. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend. Late bids shall not be accepted

The LGU reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders
