INVITATION TO BID

The Local Government Unit of libona, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites
Suppliers/manufacturers/distributors/contractors with to apply for eligibility and to bid in lot for the hereunder project:

51-23 Equipment Rental (Lights, Sound systems and LED wall) 260,000.00

Contract Duration: September 30, 2023 to October 4, 2023

The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.
All particulars relative to eligibility statement and screening, Bid Security, Performance Security-Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, post-qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provision of R.A. 9184 and its 2016 revised IRR.

Bid documents will be available only to prospective bidders at the office of the BAC Secretariat, Libona, Bukidnon upon payment of a non-refundable amount of Five Hundred (500.00) Pesos to the Local Government Unit of Libona’s Cashier as provided in the approved Revenue Code of the Municipality of Libona, Province of Bukidnon for the Calendar Year 2023-2027.
The Local Government Unit of Libona, Bukidnon reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to declare a failure of bidding, or not to award the contract and assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid.
