Aseptically Packed Coconut water is derived from the processing of juice from nine (9) month old coconut fruits of which optimum quality is maintained until they are processed. The water collected from the coconut is filtered and immediately or rapidly cooled to 2-4°C to avoid fermentation and enzymatic deterioration. The water is then transferred to a jacketed mixing tank, pre-heated, homogenized, sterilized, cooled, filled in aseptic bag and packed in corrugated carton box or in steel drums with PE bag liner. The product is free from extraneous materials. All processes employed are in accordance with "Good Manufacturing Practices" and under strict sanitary conditions.
