1/2 kg of Shrimp/Fish/Beef/Pork
40g of Lasap Tamarind Mix
8 cups of water
(Optional): 1 bundle of Kangkong, 1 pc of Radish, 1 pc of Sliced Tomatoes
Cooking Directions
1. Put 8 cups of water in a pot and bring to a boil
2. Add shrimp/fish/beef/pork slices.
3. Cook until meat is tender or done.
4. Add tamarind Mix. Serve hot.
