No need to marinate. Do not add salt and pepper. Just coat and fry.
For thicker breading, dip meat or seafood in a mixture of 1 cup milk and 1 egg (slightly beaten) before rolling in breading mix.
1. Heat 1 inch of vegetable oil in frying pan
2. Wash prepared meat / seafood or vegetable in cold water. Drain excess moisture.
3. Pour Lasap breading mix into plate or shake bag. Roll or shake moist meat or seafood in breading mix until evenly coated.
4. Fry meat or seafood (a few pieces at a time) in hot oil until light brown. Remove and drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot.
