1 Pack is good for 1/2 kg of meat


1. Sprinkle 1 pack of Lasap Tocino Mix on 1/8"" to 3/16"" thick slices of meat. Mix thoroughly for 2 to 3 minutes. For best results, cure meat in Polyethylene bag (PE) and refrigerate for 3 days.

2. Put Lasap Tocino Mix in casserole with 1 quart of water. Cover then bring to boil under medium heat. Turn meat occasionally until water dries up. Fry the meat in its own fat.
