It’s active ingredient is Chlorine Dioxide from Twin Oxide Company of The Netherlands. Twin Oxide is certified internationally by NSF, US EPA and is safe enough to disinfect potable drinking water in small doses both here and abroad.
It is used to effectively sanitise workplaces and homes. Dentists use Target to disinfect clinics before and after each patients.
Target can be diluted with water and applied using fog/misting machine, sprayers or mops.
