The professional fryer RFE 8 D is an electric fryer equipped with 2 tanks to control the consumption of oil and to alternate fries (fresh or frozen fries, donuts, breaded fish, etc.).
Independent control of 2 tanks (2 x 8 L) with double draining system. The emptying is done in complete safety: Bottled tank with an inclined bottom for draining without the residue of oil. Draining is carried out by all stainless faucets with a security system.
Equipment: 2 switches-thermostats 190 ° C, 2 high power resistors maintained by 2 stainless steel flanges, control lights. Fully removable control box for easy maintenance. Adjustable feet. Lids all stainless.
Option: Chest version with adjustable part. Door and counter door with magnetic closure. Feet 150 mm (with the possibility of fixing to the floor according to CE – UL / NSF standards).
