- Uses only vegetable fat as its source of fat non-dairy. It is also very low in fat with less than 2% fat.
- Has fully body, rich texture and excellent mouth-feel.

- Shelf life: 18 months from date of manufacture.
- After mixing, it must be stored below 4°C (39°F) and used within 3 days.
