SPENCER FOODS CORPORATION SFC began its food manufacturing business in 2001 with the initial goal to develop and produce a line of delicious and healthy snacks that corresponds to the Filipino Taste bud.

The innovative idea of Mantou, a brand of stuffed breadsticks was launched and soon captured the adventurous and discriminating taste of consumers. SFC’s Mantou established its niche in the huge local bread snacks category. So popular that many “me too” tried to copy the concept without success. 

Fueled by SFC’s Commitment to Innovation and Quality, new product lines were added. Noting the gap in the supply of good quality but affordable meat products, SFC sought the help of a German Master Sausage Consultant to complete its R&D and manufacturing staff.  

In 2005, SFC launched its line of Traditional European Sausages and Deli Meats through its very first flagship store Earle’s Delicatessen. Our Authentic European sausages, deli meats, and sandwiches won the taste and preference of consumers. Soon after Earle’s Delicatessen opened 5 more stores within Metro Manila.  

SFC’s brand, Earle Delicatessen delivered its promise of high quality and authentic European taste and gained the trust of consumers. This paved the way for SFC to become a major supplier of leading food services and restaurant chains in the Philippines.  SFC has become the ultimate 911 store for this market segment.  Quality Product and Excellent Service are now synonymous with SFC.
