Philipps Technical Consultants Corporation (PTCC) commenced operations in 1954 as the technical and engineering division of one of the pillars in construction industry in the Philippines, F.F. Cruz & Co., Inc. (FFCCI).  It was incorporated on 19 January 1981, as an independent firm of technical consultants and has since grown with a staff of wide expertise and diversified experience, covering a broad spectrum of engineering disciplines.

PTCC is one of the few consulting firms in the Philippines certified with ISO 9001 since early 2000. Adopting this internationally accepted Quality Management Systems assures the quality of the processes used in the delivery of its services.
