The company had its humble beginnings from a Water Refilling Station in Binondo Manila built by the Founder (Franco D Mesina) and his Father (Francisco P Mesina).
In 2006 Mr Franco D Mesina finished the UP Manila Certification Course for Water Refilling Station Operators.
Inspired by the beauty and complexity of the machines and the benefit it provides its consumers, in 2008 the Founder started to study and assembly his own line of Water Refilling Station machines under the brand Franzavian.
in 2011 The Founder started importation of water treatment parts and filter media under the company Franzavian Import and Export Co.
In 2013 MESINA WATER SYSTEMS flagship brand was born and continues the legacy of providing the Filipino Entrepreneurs access to High Quality, Low Maintenance, Affordable, High Value for Money Water Refilling Station Machines!
