Functions as leavening agent for breads.
Suitable in sweet dough breads that have sugar content of 16% based on total flour weight.
Recommended Usage: Use 0.9-1.0% based on flour weight. Can either be mixed with flour or added to the dough during first stage of mixing.
Shelf life: 2 years from date of manufacture
