jeepney is considered the "king of the road" in every street in the Philippines. It is a post-World War II innovation and cultural symbol in the country. Jeepneys with bright colors and flashy accessories have been part of our daily lives. To stay true to our Filipio culture, ldr. Garcia decided to create a chair using the Jeepney's driver seat as an inspiration. This collapsible Jeepney Chair was designed to give more of a Filipino appeal to Junk Not's product line.
